Return and Exchange Policy
To ensure the highest standards of safety and security for all our customers and to satisfy them in every possible way, the website Aspire allows the return or exchange of sold products only under the following conditions:
- The returned/exchanged product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, unopened, and with no alterations to its original packaging.
- Please make sure to thoroughly inspect the product upon receipt from the shipping representative.
- Returns will be approved only after we receive the product and confirm that it is 100% intact and resalable. If the product does not meet this condition, the return request will not be approved.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- You can notify us of your desire to return the product by contacting us within 7 days of placing the order or within 24 hours of receiving the product through our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) or via our customer service contact number.
- If the product is returned in perfect condition (undamaged and in its original packaging), the customer will bear the shipping costs.
- If the product is defective due to a manufacturing defect, the website will cover all shipping costs.
- If the customer receives a product that is different from their order, they have the right to return or exchange it free of charge, and the website will cover all shipping costs.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- If the customer decides to cancel the order after payment via electronic payment card without a valid reason and requests a refund, 4% of the paid amount will be deducted to cover transaction fees for refund processing by the payment service provider.
- If the product has already been shipped before the refund request, the shipping cost will also be deducted.
- The refund process takes between 24 hours to 2 business days after we receive the returned product.
Important Notes
- For health and safety reasons, we do not allow the return or exchange of products that have been opened or used, except in cases where the product is defective or has a manufacturing defect.
- If you wish to exchange a defective product, and select an alternative product, the price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
